Practice Apps
Young people especially find practice apps helpful. Take a look at several before finding the best one for you. I love the one I use - I can time myself during a mindfulness session as well as choose from 1000s of guided mediations and some wonderful music. Apps often have community sections where you can chat with like-minded folk or post questions and comments.
